These Terms govern purchases of digital products sold by Academia J Romero LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell downloadable digital educational products (PDF guides, printable kits, audio and online materials). Each product page describes its content. Products are for informational and educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical, nutritional, legal or financial advice.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by third-party processors (for example Stripe). Applicable taxes may be added where required.
3. Delivery
Access is delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout immediately after payment. Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address.
4. License
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials. Printable materials may be printed for personal, family or single-classroom use. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the files is not permitted.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content is owned by or licensed to Academia J Romero LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
